Astonished + awe + movement

To remain astonished. By the miracle of life. The extraordinary communication channels in the human body that exceed any technology we have. Photosynthesis – Turing light into life. The coordination of ants.

In awe – the entire weight of the 20 quadrillion ants on the planet exceeds the weight of all of the wild birds and mammals on the planet. Dolphins swimming around my surfboard. Finding love later in life.

Movement – staying fit, keeping agile and strong.

These are the three keys to staying young, no matter our age.
