Beauty Baths and Privilege of Birth
I am having a beauty bath. Allowing the scene in front of me, so breathtaking, to soak into my cells, to seep into my bones, to become the oxygen of my life.
The sound of the waves.
The kiss of an autumn sun on bare skin, the incredible blue of the ocean. The high rise of Surfers Paradise in the distance. The polarity of human construct and nature, at this moment, providing even more beauty in diversity.
To let it all in. To allow the healing of beauty, of our precious home planet, integrate into my being.Â
And with it, the enormity of my privilege….for being born where this is my free feast, every day.Â
Gratitude. Humble. Blessed.
This will be here when I am long gone.
