To jump out of bed, fully alive, before dawn, is easy.
It is the end result of getting enough sleep, which means going to bed early enough to wake and feel alive.
It is, like everything a choice. It has its consequences.
And it has its pleasures.
In my world of beaches and warm days year-round, an outdoor life where health and fitness seem natural, the choice is simple.
There is great pleasure in sharing the privilege of living where I do with the world.
