If those people surrounding you do not lift you, respect you, listen to you with spaciousness and a commitment to understand…
If they seek only to control you, to dominate, to gaslight…to belittle.
If the people surrounding you do not believe in you far greater than even you do..
Then ask them to leave.
If, when a problem arises, they are not committed to staying in the conversation until it is resolved to the satisfaction of all parties..
Then ask them to leave. Or leave.
Who we are and how we bring our whole selves to serve the world is increased or decreased depending on those we surround ourselves with.
