You know the feeling

A conversation ends and something is off. A small blip, a word, a tone, a pause you can’t quite name. You tell yourself it’s nothing. Then it happens again next week. And the week after. Nothing was ever technically wrong, and yet you notice you’re being careful around this person now.

Wary. Keeping score.

That quiet residue doesn’t go away on its own. It compounds until one day it becomes a blow-up that seems to come out of nowhere, but was actually years in the making. Violence or silence: both serious, and most of us default to one or the other because no one taught us a third option.

This isn’t a character flaw. It’s what happens to any relationship, a marriage, a business partnership, a friendship, a team, without an agreed practice for keeping communication clean.

What Clean Communication is

Clean Communication carries zero negative charge, no attack, blame, shame, manipulation, ridicule or hidden agenda.

Unclean communication can be delivered consciously (easier to spot) or unconsciously (harder, because the person doing it is often in denial about their own intent). Either way, left unaddressed, it becomes residue, and residue becomes a blow-up.

The practice is a self-discipline: naming the charge the moment you notice it, owning that your reaction is your experience (not necessarily the truth about the other person’s intent), and asking a clean question instead of reacting. It also includes the harder, more personal move: recognising that if you are triggered, that charge is yours to work with first, before you assume it says anything about the other person.

Who it’s for

  • The Personal Integrity Inventory (bonus download) is a self-audit for where you’re carrying residue right now
  • NEW: Clean Communication Script Cards, exact language for six real, hard conversations
  • NEW: a before/after example conversation, so you can hear the shift from charged to clean
  • The video material is available in a private podcast for audio listening for those audiofiles like me

FAQs

If you have a question that we have not answered, please email hello at syntropic.world

Is this enough on its own, or do I need the full Syntropic Masterclass?

It’s a complete, self-contained framework. You’ll walk away with the process and the language to use it immediately. The Masterclass and Dare to Care go deeper into the full relational and leadership curriculum.

How long does it take?

Under an hour for the core training. The practice itself is something you’ll keep returning to.

I've already done Dare to Care or the Masterclass. Is this for me?

You already have this content. No need to buy it again. Feel free to forward this to someone who hasn’t.

Is this for couples, business partners, or teams?

All three. The framework doesn’t change; only the relationship you apply it to does.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds.

Please check in with your gut, your heart, your schedule, and your bank account before enrolling to make sure this is a “solid yes” for you.

We are a well established business. Is this relevant to us?

Oh yes, bringing this into your team will build a much stromger culture.

A personal note from Christine

Christine McDougall walking through a sandy beach path

I have delivered Clean Communication to thousands of people around the world.

It is one of the most loved and used tools from the Syntropic toolkit.

In my life, it is a non-negotiable way of living.

I want to live lightly. No ick.

Teams and partnerships that have Clean Communication as a framework are happier, healthier, and actually spend more time doing what matters most – rarely bogged down in the messy human relational stuff.

My intention is for it to have the same effect on your life.

Relationships matter. Keep them clean.

Testimonials

Real voices. Real Transformation. Clean Communication in action.

I am already using Clean Communication and seeing a difference in family dynamics… and have started using its techniques in another mentorship group, where it has prompted others to reconsider how they engage with people. Enough to make me want to dig deeper and sign up for the Dare to Care Program

“Clean communication is something that I am implementing in my personal life and sharing now in my work also… Conversations for understanding, listening til we no longer exist. This is a total game changer.”

“George Bernard Shaw said, “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” Many leaders rationalise that people know what they mean or want. Communication can inspire or deflate, connect or deflect, and keep us small in our positions and life when our hearts want more. Your program can open minds, hearts, and the courageous guts of for us all.”
