Creativity ignited by diversity

A crucible is a vessel or pot tempered to endure extreme heat.

The design of the pot itself keeps the heat turning on itself, concentrating, so that the breakdown, the melt, is maximised. Whatever is in the pot moves from separate elements to one unified mass.

The metaphor is profound, applied at the individual and collective level. Our own individual stories are up for melting down and being transformed. The story of separation, atomisation, my right over your right, my access over your lack of access. I win, you lose.

At the collective, a story of difference based on the superficial, like pigment. The desire is not to make one amorphous vanilla, rather to create so many variations of connectivity that creativity is ignited by diversity and we are all richer for it.
