Drunk on Beauty

It has been that kind of morning.

The first touch of chill in the Southern Hemisphere. Which for us means a cloudless horizon over the Pacific Ocean.

And then the sunrise. So beautiful it melts senses. 

Beauty does that. Mingled with love, beauty softens hard, disintegrates hubris, penetrates walls. 

It can be so overwhelming it is hard to let it all in.

As my love and I were running this fine May morning, we witnessed Nature’s performance in her stunning magnificence.

To bathe in Natures beauty, to allow her gorgeousness to saturate our cells, is mana for our Soul.

This fine May morning I am drunk on beauty and giddy with love.
