Engage tension. Do not indulge drama
A friction fee emotional life is pathological because friction is part of what gives us meaning and purpose.
Intimacy is what makes us feel vulnerable yet it is also what makes us feel human.
Tension is required to create space. It expands us. This is where we stand in new ideas, different perspectives, and other worldviews.
Drama is a cry for help with words that cannot ask specifically for what is needed.
Drama peddles noise, creates obfuscation, fuels distraction and keeps us from attending to what really matters.
Without tension we collapse into entropy.
