In the alternate world
People are kind
Smiles erupt from the depths of our cells, bursting like champagne bubbles in the desire to explode with life.
Our wise leaders extend the hand of care to those who are in need.
Our taxes are spent on human wellbeing, education, the arts, health. We have no need of defence.
We see each human as vital, amazing, diverse.
Nature is our classroom, our church, our partner.
Is this world idealistic? Impossible?
Not at all. Only our thinking and our actions make it so.
I say a prayer to the possibility to co-create this world that we all hold. Choice by choice.
The sun reminds us of our path towards the light.
