Omni-Win
Is it not time that we might put aside our childish need to win over, to win at the cost of another, to defeat the forces of nature?
Perhaps now is the age for us to grow up, to know, in our bones, that a win|lose is not, in the larger state of play, a win at all.
Healthy competition is a game, yet to be healthy it needs to live within a boundary that does not harm.
Our desire to win over, to dominate, to defeat, to ‘make a killing’…only reflects our lack. And in our lack, our disconnection from the river of life, from everything that nourishes Soul, Spirit.
An Omni-win is for all, everyone, everything.
Perhaps in our world of business building, profit-making, and entrepreneurial hunger, we might set for ourselves an even greater challenge than world domination.
How on Earth do we build an enterprise that insists on Omni-win.
