Participation, choice, consequence
Those who speak truth to power because to not do this would cost the earth.
Those who lie for political gain and personal power.
Those who call out lies, hypocrisy, injustice whenever they see it.
Those who stand silently watching.
Those who do not even watch.
We get to choose, every day, how we participate. Doing nothing is a form of participation. In your absence of action you agree by silence to let egregious acts happen. To cry victim or complain from continued acts of silence is to declare your powerlessness. Your powerlessness was never true. Choice in how we respond is the true power we all have.
