Redemption

Among some of the horror of our world to know that we are now recognising the effect of abuse and childhood damage is to know that in some way we as humanity are evolving towards light.

Innocence lost through terror and violence scars our being, and these scars ripple into the song of our future, changing the landscape, and our response to it.

Our code of an eye for an eye is a reptilian response that clearly does not evidence anything other than more violence.

Justice is what love looks like in public said Dr Cornel West

Redemption is to buy back. It starts with an acknowledgment that the road to broken is a broken road, and the first act, the second act, of abuse, neglect, trauma, terror and abandonment builds the road.

Today, compassion and love towards justice are evoked.
