Reverence
To stand in respect and awe.
To observe the sunrise each day. To watch an ant carry a twig 4 times its size.
To be present to the birth of anything…a child, a puppy, a butterfly, an idea.
To be aware of your breath.
Reverence is a practise. When we cultivate it it is hard for us to not fall deeply and profoundly in love with life, with our home planet, with humans.
To bring reverence into our day to day, our work places, our art, our cooking and cleaning..
Is to honour the moment we have now.
When we do this we might begin to find it impossible to do anything but love our Earth and her myriad creatures..in all their shapes, sizes and colours.
