Some of the critical ingredients of a Syntropic Enterprise

There is a clear purpose that provides the aspirational future, keeping everyone from falling back into lesser actions, behaviour and choices.

Values are baked in, acted on daily, and reflected on in every decision.

Steward leadership holds the space for all of this to occur. 

Hierarchy is clear, and changes depending upon context and circumstances. The completely flat anti-hierarchy is avoided, as it is absent polarity, which also means it is entropic.
