The hug rug of silence
The beauty of silence is its emergent properties.Â
In silence everything exists.Â
Out of silence everything can arise.
Think of a word. Where was it before it came to mind? In the silence, the field.
Stuffing life to the brim denies the potential for the creativity that comes with silence.
To sit and watch waves breaking, a storm rolling in, the grass moving with the wind across a field, to be lost in the flow and waves of our thoughts, in the hug rug of silence, is to open the Source of the emergent.
It is simultaneously delicious, surprising and delightful.Â
