The investment in aligned power
On one pole, we have manipulative, coercive, dominating power. Most often, this is blatant, obvious power. Yet it can be delivered as an art form of gaslighting, coercive control, and spell casting.
On the other pole, we have power where people are aligned and coherent.
This type of power requires a very different infrastructure. Trust. Integrity. Consistency. Transparency. Collaboration. Building networks of this type of power is like building the Sagada Familia. It takes time. Love. Infinite care. Clear intention.
Against the forces of dominating power, the investment in aligned power is a worthy one.
