The last three percent
Most of us can reach 80%
Some of us continually make 90%
On occasions we might go to 97%
It is that last three percent that is the hardest, the least strived for and the most satisfying.
Choosing when to go all-in, to settle for nothing less than 100%, is a fine art of discernment. Not everything requires this level of excellence, effort, love, commitment.
You know in your bones the projects and relationships that ask you to go the last 3%.
