It can be too much. The grief. Life. Tragedy.

There are times when rolling ourselves into a cocoon and turning off the noise is the antidote.

There are times we must look up and confront the truth, even when it nearly breaks us.

Wilful ignorance is to live a lie.

In a world that is always on, we must turn off.

Confront. Retreat. Restore. Act.
