Speaking the truth is fraught with many dangers. That’s why so few of us practice truth-telling as a way of being. We are in an age where the need to speak the truth is becoming urgent. Universal deceit is standard issue.
The signs that Universal deceit is the law of the land include… Whistleblowers are maligned, given the status of criminals, often forced to hide. We have the rise of Anonymous, and the global meme of the Guy Fawkes mask, a symbol of anti-state/anti-big business anarchy. Lying by our politicians is so standard we now just expect it. Big business gets away with murder, literally and figuratively. The general public is ever more suppressed and kept in the dark. The laws to ‘protect’ become the enablers of ‘political’ and therefore acceptable crime.

There are those who are brave enough to stand in their own truth and accept even death. History has shown, time and again, that these few brave souls are at first maligned and attacked, and then with the passage of time, seen for their true purpose. To no longer be silent, because the price is too high for all humanity.
The most overwhelming sign of Universal deceit is when the ‘Powers Pulling the Stings’ ensure the public are kept in fear. It is fear that keeps the power play alive. Fear of the terrorist. Fear of losing money, Fear of losing your job. Fear of the stranger. Of the Muslim. The virus. Fear of too many people, not enough for us.
The fires of fear have been so well stoked we are cowering like mistreated animals. Until a small few speak up.
The few become many, the many become a mass. Until we have blessed unrest.
