What about it gets under my skin
My practice for today is to take one behaviour that I see in another that drives me nuts, makes me mad or creates a visceral reaction.
To look at that behaviour with clinical eyes, as if it were a patient on a table.
What about it gets under my skin?
And where is there a fractal of this behaviour within me?
This is the question is it not?
Is there any part of that behaviour that I have?
For this, I can change. And in my ability to clean out my own house, I can, you can. we can lead change.
