What we see reflected is how we show up
When we step into the day do we have any awareness of how the earth moves with our step?
Do we sense the ripples our words create around us?
Do we see the wake we leave behind when we carelessly blame?
The world is our mirror. What we see reflected is how we show up.
If we are constantly on the precipice of drama, then we are drama.
If we are bursting with joy, then our world is joyful.
If people diminish us, then we diminish ourselves. First.
Tread upon our beautiful Earth with every sense alert to our effect.
Every one of us has the power to step daily into the world and leave in our wake beauty, love, joy, generosity.
No matter what your condition, this power is always available. Choose wisely, choose love.
