World-changing business is an inside job

Modelling

Our children watch us. Our customers watch us.

Do we do as we say? Are we our word?

Is what we are creating in the world also being created with exquisite attention in our enterprise, our home, our community, ourselves?

Far easier is it to be the fixer of things out there. Other people, other issues.

All the while, our spirit is dying. Our rage and frustration turn on those we love. Ultimately it turns on us.

World-changing business is an inside job.

Be the model.
