A personal note from Christine
Almost every person I know has experienced some level of exploitation. We do acknowledge that we have exploited our Home Planet and its creatures and continue to do so, in small and large ways.
I first applied an earlier version of Synergistic Accounting to a large project in 2015. This enabled a team of 12 strangers from diverse backgrounds to co-create a world-class multi-stakeholder event without a single human upset and entirely self-managed. In addition, we raised sponsorship funds using the Synergistic Accounting tool that enabled us to do incredible things without being held to ransom by money. Those of us working to create enterprises and communities that support the increased well-being of Earth and all her creatures know that our current capitalistic system, our models of finance, venture capital, accounting for value, measuring success using tools such as GDP growth, rewarding contribution, skill, knowledge and generosity, is terminally broken. We know the feeling of being turned into a commodity. We have experienced the debasement of humanity, of life, from the capitalist impulse to take what is most precious to us and have it make a monetary profit. Synergistic Accounting is a tool, based on the Laws of Nature, that has the ability to change our relationship with value, money, finance, capital, provisioning, power, equity, control and accounting.
