I asked my AI agent what is the percentage of the humans in Universe population of white men.
6-7%.
This is the percentage that has held the reigns of power for far too long.
Western philosophy’s lineage is from this tiny percentage. Our laws, codes, institutional design, architecture, governance, historical records, monetary systems…
Even in 2025, predominantly, every single design and code comes from 6-7% of the human population.
This population, with some exceptions, is designing AI. They make the weapons we currently deploy.
One of these people, a very smart person, once said that we cannot use the same thinking that created a thing to change a thing.
Yet here we are. Using the same thinking, expecting to make a different something that serves 100% of humanity.
If you are one of the 6-7%, please try harder to expand your field of input, contribution, and resourcing. You may be ridiculously smart and have something important to say. You may also be deeply caring and compassionate.
However, you cannot call yourself holistically and integrally smart if your only reference is from more of the 6-7%.
Stop it. Do better.
We are not going to get the type of transformative change we desperately need until we design better. We need diversity.
PS. I am aware that men, particularly young boys from this 6-7%, are in an identity crisis. We must provide pathways for the 6-7% to find meaning and relevance as they relinquish the vice-like grip on power they have had for far too long.
