Big Blue Sky 2015
Working with three tiers of government the Big Blue Sky team created an event to bring multiple stakeholders together to co-create the future of a city. A team of twelve strangers – none with event experience – designed and ran a six-month, multi-dimensional event entirely self-managed. Not one upset, start to finish.
The Synergistic Accounting App — coming soon
Building a tool to account for value beyond money meant practicing what it teaches. The team’s own setup and provisioning ran on Synergistic Accounting itself; a Trust Manifesto held the agreements; Kairos time – nature’s own pace, not a forced deadline – set the rhythm; and the build stayed anchored to its Evolutionary Purpose and Pattern Integrity throughout. Launching publicly soon.
Real Estate Sales Team
A newly formed team of apprentices and experienced agents, under real pressure from a difficult market and an experience gap that could easily have fractured them. They co-created their own Trust Manifesto together – and sustained high performance and high team coherence through the whole market cycle.
