Untangling charge
Relationships are complicated.
When we are charged in a relationship the work is on us to untangle until we can become charge free.
This is a process. There is no fixed time line. It is a commitment.
The intention is to become charge free. To live lite. This is our liberty.
Step one, charge free. Neutral.
Step two for me is to be grateful, no matter how terrible the inciting incident or incidents that triggered the charge.
It might take months, years, even decades.
If we want to end patterns of shame, guilt, addiction, resentment and hate, we do the work.
