What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as who you become by achieving your goals

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as who you become by achieving your goals

When we move towards a purpose or goal that is bigger than us, it keeps our heads and ego from being elevated above our work.

In the beginning, we often have only the tools and skills for the next few steps to achieve what we set out to do.

Who we are develops in tandem with what we are creating. Often the stretch of our character and skills happens in the field of what we might have thought impossible.

Who we become as we bring to life an idea or goal is where the true value lies. This is precession.
