On an average day, do one thing
We all have days where the timing is out. The cracks seem huge. The darkness feels endless. The list is too big. The task seems impossible.
We can allow the state to consume us.
Or, we can do one thing to change.
If you have the means, tip the barista a $20. Or ask them to pay forward the next 4 people.
Give one genuine compliment to a stranger. Or more if you are brave.
Send a love note to a friend.
Gift one of your super skills to someone who would be so grateful. Not expecting anything in return.
The common theme is generosity.
Against the pull of our own darkness, generosity restores light.
