Even the hardest of news gifts us a choice

It is the way of things. With a few words, everything changes.

For better. 

Or for worse.

There is no rhyme or reason. 

We cannot rationalise our way out of the news. Be that a diagnosis, accident, or amazing good fortune.

We can only respond. And choose, with love, anger or pain, how we respond.

Even the hardest of news gifts us a choice.

How will we approach this next chapter? 

Our choice reflects our character.
