Being is doing
Sometimes in life, the best thing we can do for another is be there for them. Hold them. Hold the space for their words to spill, uninterrupted. Nothing to fix.
To be fully present.
Being is doing.
Being is active, even though it appears passive. Being requires attention. Intention. Holding.
Intentional being invites a field of grace. Our being becomes the strange attractor in the sea of chaos.
This requires tremendous energy.
Few people recognise the value of being as doing as an asset that changes everything.
We must change this.
