The substrate upon which we cry for diversity
Diversity and polarity are essential to existence. We need a positive and negative charge to hold the shape.
Singularity is no thingness.
To witness the call for diversity of people is a monumental leap for humanity.
Not all men. Not all white men. Not all white. A rainbow of genders. Ages. Physical abilities. Invite Nature to the table. I celebrate this.
Yet we forget the substrate upon which we cry for diversity.
The substrate itself is completely lacking diversity. Mono currency. Mono measurement. Mono enterprise legal codes. Monopoly social media.
People and culture are only a part of the equation. The system upon which we operate must be addressed. How diverse is that?
