Just another day
Yet it never is just another day.
It is the fleeting flicker in time. Children born. People torn apart by war. Monsters putting refugees into boxes on barges.
Tyrants imprison their challengers for seeking fair.
People facing incurable diseases. People trying to find a roof over their heads. Or pay for food.
Life goes on. The waves keep coming, sometimes mighty, sometimes only suggestive of their power.
The ants keep at their industry. The birds call and play.
Just another day for you and me. World-changing and earth-shattering for others.
Birth and death only a corridor away.
Treasure it all. Stand for all-dignity and all-respect. Be the world you want to love and live in.
