The death of binary
Black. White.
Good. Bad.
Male. Female.
Evil. Holy.
Social. Introverted.
Binary. All.
And being so, contributing to fundamentalism in all shades.
Light is a spectrum.
Life is a spectrum.
Human sexuality is a spectrum.
There is no good, or bad. There is complexity. Nuance.
No right side. No wrong side. Infinite perspectives.
When we insist on binary we limit the spectrum of light, the spectrum of life.
Binary keeps things simple. Binary is also a lie.
My truth might not be yours.
Acknowledging this we can begin to find a way to live together in the spectrum.
I am grateful we are witnessing the death of binary.
