Simple Guides to Live By

Treat others kindly first.

Be aware of your surroundings and the spaces you share.

Know that everything can change, even things that feel impossible.

Take your turn.

Give first.

Ask for what you need to be able to do your best work, even if there is no chance of you getting what you need.

Create clear, strong boundaries. For yourself and others.

Consider the consequences. 

Invite other opinions. Listen to understand. Make a choice based on that which you have been gifted to steward. 

Take the first step, pause, evaluate, learn. Repeat.

These are simple guides to live by. Rare to experience.
