No exploitation
After a week of thinking about surf, being surrounded by the beauty of New Zealand, hardly speaking to another human other than my partner, and reading novels, my brain is rested, and my perspective reset.
Essential self and health care, especially in a world run by narcissists and oligarchs.
I start this Monday in the catch-up mode, classic after holidays.
A cyclone is brewing off my coast. The seas might reach over 6 metres. And rain. A lot of rain is expected. From the glorious weather of my holiday to stormy violence. It feels a lot like a metaphor for our divided world.
Goodness knows we are desperate for a promise of a more beautiful world, where all life is sacred. The cyclone knows destruction.
I am perplexed by people who have been around Syntropic World for a while and still do not get what we are about.
I try to explain.
At its core. Integrity is the essence. No lies. No corruption. No exploitation. No colonisation. No endorsement of anyone who lies, exploits and thrives from corruption. No use of systems that hold the Pattern Integrity of lies, exploitation, extraction, colonisation and corruption. This means no use of almost all of the tools of our current system – its legal codes, value measurement, enterprise design, how we treat people, our creatures and the Earth, how we create enterprises, communities and governance.
Integrity is the essence of everything. To hold its shape. To be resonant and aligned. Towards beauty, love, care, kindness, respect – in all things. Not just the convenient things.
To use, instead of the human-constructed systems that got us into this terminal mess, the coordinating principles of Nature’s design. Elegant. Tested. Advanced beyond any human-designed technology.
To no longer try to fix the broken. Instead, to build new models, tools and ways of being that enable all-life thriving.
That is the work.
It is for people – leaders, entrepreneurs, community builders, activists – who know in their bones that the fundamentals of everything must change, but do not have a map.
We give you a map. And a community of practice.
