Humans. No one perfect. All with our foibles. All the ways we sabotage self, recognised and unconscious.Â
If you have trouble staying focused on one task, design an ecology where your focus is clear and resolute, held in a strong container that removes distractions.
If you are hopeless at managing timelines, create a structure around you where the structure manages the timelines.
If you procrastinate, design an anti-procrastination system and structure.
We must put ourselves in a context where we can be brilliant.
