Scale at any cost
Is the behaviour of the addict.
Scale what? Goodness, truth, beauty?
Or simply to play the game, and in doing so, to scale bad work, increasing distance between the offer and the service delivery, enshittification?
Are you scaling harm or scaling integrity?
Somethings are not fit to scale. To obsess over that singular option is to admit being trapped in the win-lose game.
If scaling is the right path, be sure you scale the Pattern Integrity of your work and idea. If this is not possible, then scaling is harmful.
