Questions such as…
If the world is my mirror, what is it showing me?
The response I am getting from people is a consequence of what I am communicating. What am I communicating to get this response?
If my exterior world is one of pain, struggle, sorrow and lack where is my interior pain, sorrow, struggle and lack?
If people I trust keep giving me the same feedback, perhaps I might consider that they are giving me a gift.
What is your capacity for self-reflection?
