It Is Solved By Walking
This morn I woke with a head filled with a thousand tugging thoughts all woven together in a shroud of confusion.
In this state there is not much to be done but to get outside and move, preferably in nature.
To not think. To not attempt to untangle the knots.
Simply to be.
After close to an hour of running, a thought arrived out of the field of no-thing-ness that was right in front of me and would untangle all the knots.
It was so simple, so obvious, so easy.
In our struggle to force a solution, we only get more struggle.
Solvitur Ambulando = It Is Solved By Walking.
