Earthing

Walking barefoot on the beach.

On grass.

It even has a name, which could only happen in a world where barefoot walking is unusual. Earthing.

To stand connected to Earth, such a simple thing, yet so powerful.

When we have forgotten who we are, why we are here… when we are lost in a turmoil of conflicting choices, barefoot walking is healthy medicine.
