Both and

Grassroots action AND large-scale systemic change.

Not one or the other. We need both. 

Usually not from the same people. 

If grassroots, local, and self-development call, then heed the call.

If transformative systems change is where your skills are, then that space needs you.

Some of us, like Syntropic World, focus on both.

Supporting grassroots initiatives, human and leadership development, bioregional responses, community development and social justice AND changing the large-scale systems that drive everything in our world. It is an integrative whole systems approach. 

Bottom up meets top down. Complimentary pairs. 

Humanity does not have the time or luxury to only focus on one. 

We need both and.

No action is too small, and all actions taken with integrity matter.
