Build a life around joy
What brings you joy? So often, the little things, like being fully present to the warm breeze or the touch of the sun.
Joyful experiences do not always require a high price tag. Finding joy in the simple things gifts us the possibility of building a life around joy no matter what our circumstances.
I experienced so much joy from the people living in the Favelas in Rio.
Building a life around joy is a choice available to most of us.
Either this, or we can be mired in anger, drama and suffering.
