Clean, clear communication enables flow, understanding access and connectivity.
Unclean communication distorts the field, creates confusion, misunderstanding, and, if left to fester, relational breakdown with dire consequences.
The commitment to clean, clear communication is a life practice. We start with speaking cleanly and clearly. We continue by insisting on cleaning up any unclear communication at the very first available moment.
When we end a conversation and a charge remains in our experience, we are responsible for cleaning the charge.
It is a simple, profound act of love towards a life filled with healthy relationships.
