Complementarity is synergistic

Complementarity

Is not same same. 

Complementarity is not cloning.

It is the matching puzzle piece – unique and different – yet works together.

To be vulnerable, to hide nothing, is to allow connection. 

To hold a strong desire creates an intention. Desire and intention are not the same. They are complementary.

When we seek partners, we seek complementarity. 

Together, we make separate wholeness more whole and complete. This is synergy.

Robust and enduring teams are not same same. They are complementary.

Enough diversity to enable healthy, vibrant debate. Not too much diversity to have the debate become the substrate of everything and, as such, move towards explosion.

Complementarity is synergistic.
