Decisive, Clarity, Intention – critical for leadership

Get clear. Speak.

If you are not clear, find someone who can help you get clear.

If you don’t have time to do this, at least have the respect for the other party to let them know you are not clear.

Be decisive. Ask for what you want or need.

Intention starts in your gut and goes straight and clear from your gut, through your heart, into your head and out of your mouth. It is not the same as a reaction (emotional hijack).

Yes to contemplation, yes to consideration. Yes to examining your thinking, your feelings and your intuition. Yes to speaking with your team to gauge their input. But when the time comes, be decisive and clear and let your intention lead.

If the conversation is important enough, then prepare for it as  you would the biggest pitch of your life. Peel away everything but the core of your intention.

With this, you have the ability to move mountains.

Let’s go move some mountains.
