Do we need to convince people?

Or do we get on with building new models?

Who do I need to convince and why does it matter that they are on board?

If we spend all of our time convincing people does that take us towards that which we care about?

Or is a better strategy to get on with making the model and have the model speak for itself?

There are no right or wrong answers to these questions, as the question occurs in context.

They are questions worth asking. We might be spending our time convincing others as a deflection to needing to convince ourselves.

When we are grounded and solid in what we are doing, absent doubt, which doesn’t mean we do not doubt how we are going to do it, our words, our being, become a transmission.
