Emergence, creativity and structure are complementary

Structure creates a space. Is the space too big allowing chaos? Or is it too tight creating stricture?

In the space created by structure we get to be creative.

Sometimes, when our backs are against a wall (the space is diminished) creativity emerges from necessity.

Creativity needs constraint. Yet we long for zero constraints, not recognising that the constraint itself is integral to creativity.

Emergence is a result of structure and constraint.

Think of geopolitics. When women are denied the freedom to expose their hair, emergence happens.

Emergence, creativity and structure are complementary.
