Finding the true charge

When something happens that doesn’t feel or sit well with us, it may take time to get to the truth of the charge within.

This is the inner excavation of self-awareness. 

What about this incident has me feel this charge? Why am I charged? 

When the incident has multiple facets to it, we might take the time to unpack the competing issues. 

This is the inner version of the Clean Communication tool we teach in the Syntropic Enterprise Masterclass and the Dare to Care program.

We do the inner work to become charge neutral. This inner work may only ever need this conversation we have with ourselves. We may need to have a conversation with the person or people from where the charge originated. 

It is wise to speak to a trusted confidant or coach to create an objective self-witnessing of our own conversation about the charge.

The endpoint is when we are free of the charge.
