If you repeated what you did today 365 more times will you be where you want to be next year?

If you repeated what you did today 365 more times will you be where you want to be next year?

I have always been a huge fan of micro actions taken every day.

I started this blog on January 1st 2018 knowing that if I wrote a small entry every day, by the end of the year I would have a book. Nearly five years later I have over 300,000 words – and no book published – yet. Instead, I have a body of work and a discipline that is priceless.

Every morning I do ten minutes of weights. I read one article a day. I pay off debts with micropayments every week.

I have over thirty years of spending the first 90 minutes a day doing hard physical exercise. Outdoors, by the beach. My Nature bath.

Time passes so quickly. The small, repeated, becomes large.

I think about where I want to be in 365 days. What one way of being would make a difference?

My practice will be to unhook from the deliberate drama storm of news propagated on social media. To spend that time instead reading something that holds the seeds for a more beautiful world.

What will you begin today? (Email reply if you are game)
