Intersections

Those moments in life where we stand at the crossroads. 

Left or right. Knowing somewhere deep in our soul that the choice today is of greater significance than usual. 

Do we follow the call of the siren? That hollow hunger for what is missing inside? 

Or do we follow the call of our deepest truth?

There is no right or wrong decision.

If we heed the siren, we will find ourselves back at the intersection sometime down the road, a whole host of skinned knees and broken hearts gained. Perhaps a few grey hairs…and the same choice…siren or our deepest truth?

If we step boldly into our deepest truth, we will discover another host of lessons, different in flavour, cementing our foundations, building skills and esteem. No less rigorous.

If there is a difference it lives in an affirmation. Choosing to say yes to what we steward within, or fall under the spell of some glittering promise that we feel we lack inside.
